Young and unopened buds and two leaves of the tea plant (Camellia Sinensis), hand-picked and hand-processed from the spring flush. Whereas all our teas are hand-processed, there are rollers to roll the withered tea leaves, this tea is rolled by hand. It is a time-consuming and labor-intensive procedure but the result brings out the unique flavor.
Grown above 1700 meters from sea level, beneath Himalayas of Nepal. Processed traditionally, manually and in pollution-free mountaineous region. Free of chemicals, pesticides, child labour. No use of animal during the harvesting, processing or transportation of the product.
