Small open and twisted broken leaves of tea plant (camelia sinensis), hand-picked and hand processed, all remaining tea while grading higher quality tea are our classical black tea. Broken leaves from other fine balck tea are also mixed with our classical black. As this is the mixed of different category of black tea, it is inconsistant in flavor and aroma. This tea is good to blend with spices and herb whereas brewing only classical black will give you darker golden red color with stronger taste. Good to serve iced and pair with any meal.
Grown above 1700 meters from sea level, beneath Himalayas of Nepal. Processed traditionally, manually and in pollution-free mountaineous region. Free of chemicals, pesticides, child labour. No use of animal during the harvesting, processing or transportation of the product.

- 3 grams (0.11 oz) for single serving (8 fl oz cup or Gaiwan)
- 5 grams (0.18 oz) for pot serving (16 fl oz pot)
- 170F - 190F (75C-85C)
- 2 minutes
- Increase steeping time for multiple infusions.
- Brew on 4 fl oz water for 3 minutes to serve iced.
